Cold plunge is open 7:00–11:00 AM daily in 30-minute slots, one tub per slot. Same-day drop-in booking is reserved for active Cold Plunge Members; the $25 one-time pass must be booked at least one day ahead. Paying by card adds a 1.5% service fee; Apollo Gym covers the other 1.5% of the card processing cost (bank account/ACH has no fee, membership only). A liability waiver is required before your first cold plunge session; you'll review and accept it as part of checkout. Cold plunge is not recommended without medical clearance if you're pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, a seizure disorder, or a condition affecting circulation or temperature regulation.
