Name: Joshua Espinoza
Bio: Founder & Head Trainer
With over a decade of experience in fitness and performance, Josh brings a rare blend of science, business, and personal connection to every session. He holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, graduate coursework in Exercise Science, and a graduate degree in Business. His background spans pre-physical therapy, personal training, and educating trainers and health coaches.
Growing up in East Los Angeles, Josh built his career on values of hard work, loyalty, and integrity. He’s worked with clients from all walks of life from busy professionals to athletes. Ultimately helping them achieve lasting results through smart training systems and sustainable habits.
When he’s not coaching, Josh is building health and wellness experiences in Los Angeles. His mission is simple: to help people get stronger in body, mind, and life.

Our team of trainers originates from different backgrounds and levels of expertise, ranging from injury rehabilitation, extreme transformations, extensive nutrition guidance, and more.
We believe that your trainer is your partner. They will be as invested as you are, if not more. As a team, we’re driven to blast through barriers, helping you to find your true potential and break out of the mundane. Our trainers are up-to-date on the latest industry teachings and discoveries, backed by science and technology.
Your initial consultation will cover a fitness assessment, lifestyle and nutrition evaluation, and a detailed discussion of your unique fitness goals and aspirations. At the end of the consultation, should you deem Apollo to be an ideal fit for you and your lifestyle, a personalized program will be given to ensure you’re well on your way to achieving what you set out to accomplish.
