Apollo Gym offers recurring monthly memberships (Personal Training Membership, Small Group Training Membership, Cold Plunge, and Contrast Therapy once available) as well as prepaid session vouchers and pay-as-you-go pricing for personal training. Recurring memberships automatically renew each month on your original signup date and continue until you cancel. You can view your current membership status, upcoming charges, and billing history at any time in your Client Portal.
We accept payment by ACH bank transfer and credit/debit card. ACH payments have no added fee. Credit and debit card payments include a 1.5% card processing surcharge to help offset the cost Apollo Gym is charged by our payment processor — this fee is disclosed at checkout before you confirm payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; Apollo Gym does not store your full card or bank account numbers.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time from your Client Portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access through that period. We do not offer partial-month refunds for early cancellation. Prepaid session vouchers are non-refundable once purchased but do not expire. Sessions cancelled with less than 30 minutes' notice, or missed entirely, are billed as used per our late-cancellation policy, since that time was reserved with your trainer.
Personal trainers at Apollo Gym are independent contractors, not Apollo Gym employees. Your trainer sets their own client relationship, program design, and coaching approach; Apollo Gym provides the facility, equipment, scheduling tools, and billing platform. Separate liability waivers apply to facility use and, where applicable, to your individual trainer's instruction.
You're responsible for keeping your Client or Trainer Portal login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Apollo Gym reserves the right to suspend accounts used for fraudulent payment activity, abuse of staff or other members, or violation of these terms.
