When you create a Trainer or Client Portal account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you purchase a membership, voucher package, or drop-in session, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details directly — Apollo Gym never sees or stores your full card or bank account number. We also keep records of the sessions you book or deliver, membership status, and any liability waiver you've signed.
We use this information to run your account, schedule and bill for sessions, send receipts and account notifications, and communicate about your membership. We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for advertising.
Account data is stored using Netlify's secure data storage, protected behind password-authenticated logins. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor — Apollo Gym's systems never handle raw card numbers. Admin access to client and trainer records is limited to a small, pre-approved list of Apollo Gym staff.
You can review and update your account information at any time from your Client or Trainer Portal. To request a copy of your data or ask that your account be closed and your data deleted, contact us using the details below.
