Apollo Foundations · Kids classes · Glendale / Montrose

The movement base kids keep for life.

Before you sign up

Is strength training safe for kids?

Yes, when it's coached and age-appropriate. Classes focus on movement quality, bodyweight strength and games, with a coach watching every rep.

My child isn't sporty. Is this for them?

Absolutely. Foundations I starts with the basics, and every child progresses at their own pace. Confidence is a big part of what we build.

What does my child need to bring?
